'Native Banksia' Design Earrings
Stunning handmade earrings with a designed flair will make a perfect edition for your eardrobe! Wanting some light weight, versatile earrings that won’t stretch your ears? These are a flawless find as they are easy to wear and look gorgeous for everyday use or special occasions including weddings, birthdays and an evening out with the girls! These limited-edition earrings are eco-friendly as they are digitally printed onto a recycled aluminium in Melbourne. I also hand saw each piece myself and file and bevel the edges to make them nice and smooth. Each earring can slightly vary in size and design but this definitely makes them unique and one of a kind. All printed designs are based on original etchings by contemporary printmaker, Kate Piekutowski. Her exclusive range of earrings are very special and each pair will transform your ears into wearable art!
Depending on the earring style and design, each pair either uses surgical steel hooks or surgical steel posts which is perfect for sensitive ears. When you purchase one of these limited-edition pieces, every pair of earrings is presented onto a A7 card with my business details and a story about my artwork on the back. I also wrap each pair individually in a lovely printed tissue paper making it the perfect gift for you or a friend!
Size: Each earring set can vary slightly in size and design due to the nature of them being cut by hand. Most are approximately 3 x 5 cm. Please look through the images for ruler measurements and scale.
Materials: Aluminium printed metal, surgical steel (hooks or posts), printed card
Surgical steel hooks are .9mm and 1.5cm length or alternatively a surgical steel post back with a 1cm depth.
